With Wildtrails, you are opting for know-how built up ever since 1994 in the organisation of team building, events, meetings, support for training and coaching, incentives, product launches … all this on our own sites in the Ardennes and throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, the grand Duchy of Luxembourg and northern France. Own sites and country houses
Wildtrails has a wide range of luxurious country houses and its own great locations in the village of Jupille-sur-Ourthe, between La Roche-en-Ardenne and Durbuy. Our sites are easy to reach, being only 120 km from Brussels, Maastricht & Luxembourg City, surrounded by nature in the heart of the Ardennes.
For years our sites have been “the place to be” for many of our guests, and for you too: for the organisation of your meeting, seminar, conference, team building event, workshop, brainstorming session, or incentive in a cosy, surprising and inspiring environment. The concept in our country houses: during your stay, you are the only guest.
Together with your colleagues, you have exclusive use of the house, with a flawless hotel, meeting and catering service. Feel @home, but with service!
Many TV and film productions have chosen our sites for their exceptional natural beauty, location on the River Ourthe and the activities and accommodations we offer.

A team of 30 dynamic, professional and enthusiastic permanent staff is always available to offer you a smooth service. From preparing a tailored quotation, delivering a first-class hotel, meeting and catering service to preparing and supporting your event, off site or team building, our team is ready all year round.

Professionalism and safety are key concepts at Wildtrails. We hold regular internal training courses on safety and accident prevention.
Use safe, high-quality equipment
The quality and safety of the equipment is very important. All equipment is checked frequently. We work with the CLiC-iT® system, a unique safety system that excludes any risk of falling.
Internal safety system
Following a safety and environmental audit by the BFNO, we have set up a full internal safety system. All the activities were analysed and fully described, and a risk management system was established for the various aspects of our organisation.
Member of BFNO & WANT
Wildtrails is a member of the BFNO (the national federation of nature sports companies) and WANT (Wallonie Aventure Nature Tourisme). As a member of these two organisations, we make every effort to guarantee safety. We take care of all the preventative safety measures necessary to take part in our activities.
Respect for people and nature
Wildtrails organises its activities with respect for nature, people, environment and surroundings.
We sort and limit our waste and try to buy locally.
Wherever we go:
- We keep our waste down, and take it all (and sometimes more) home with us
- We avoid noise pollution for the environment
- We take care of flora and fauna.
At Wildtrails we are also very proud of our own nature reserves (the only ones in the sector). On and around our site in the Ardennes we have bought a number of plots of land and given them back to nature. In consultation with experts we are involved in the management and protection of nature and nature education. Last year our many CSR projects involved restoring marshes, erecting an observation hut, laying hedges, and creating insect hotels and nesting boxes for owls, falcons and tits with our customers. Meanwhile eagle owls, kingfishers, European beavers, smooth snakes, roe deer, badgers and many other animals and plant types are once again regular visitors to our sites.

Wederom bedankt voor de fantastische 2-daagse!
Het team was meteen enorm enthousiast toen ze hoorden dat we terug naar De Pastorie zouden gaan.De voorbije dagen viel er opnieuw veel lof over jullie locatie, de rust, jullie team en het heel lekkere en verzorgde eten! Wederom was alles piekfijn verzorgd! Met wat schrik begonnen sommige collega’s aan het adventure parcours maar uiteindelijk zwierden 10 van de 11 collega’s met een big smile langs de death ride naar beneden.
Heel veel dank opnieuw aan jullie volledige team, de dame in de keuken die zich flexibel opstelde en de traiteur!
We hebben met ons team constructieve meetings gehad maar tevens ook emotionele gesprekken n.a.v. (...) . Ook op dat vlak was het fijn om op jullie locatie de nodige privacy en ruimte te hebben voor zulke moeilijke gesprekken.

Voor de 2e keer met 92 personen verbleven in La Grange Nicolas. Een zeer ruim verblijf op het complex van wildtrails.
Het huis is in één woord geweldig!
Er zijn 35 kamer met allemaal een eigen badkamer. In totaal 92 bedden. Alles is echt af. Zowel buiten als binnen. Hoogwaardige materialen. Luxe badkamers. Mooie ruime luxe keuken. Mooi meubilair zowel binnen als buiten. Openhaard, lederen bankstellen enz enz. Fijne bedden inclusief het gebruik van beddengoed. Mooie omgeving. Aan het water. Echt super.
